Placing orders, payments and shipping
- Browse the ParamaNaturals.com website or Parama Naturals Online catalogue to make your purchase. Select the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on "ADD TO CART" or "BUY IT NOW".
- Once you have finished adding all the items in your order or cart that you wish to purchase, then click on "GO TO CART" and then on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" links provided.
- You will then need to provide your contact details, delivery method (shipping or store pick-up) and the shipping address. Then click "Proceed to Shipping"
- Select the Payment Option that suits you best, and enter the details required as needed. ParamaNaturals.com is a secure site.
- Once your payment is processed, your order will be registered with us and shipped as per our standard shipping policy.
Domestic Shipping (Within Peninsular India)
We offer shipping anywhere in India, which includes Free Shipping across India on orders above Rs. 1001/-. For orders less than Rs. 1001/- we have a fixed shipping fees of Rs. 55/-.
Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 11 a.m. on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
Based on the Pin codes, the corresponding courier partner is assigned for your shipment. Please note that we try our best to dispatch your orders within 1-3 working days. However, in certain cases, products might not be available with us, which cause a delay in dispatch. In such cases, we either seek permission from you to delay shipments or partially ship the order, based on your confirmation. The balance amount is refunded to your account which may take 24-48 hours to reflect into your account.
Domestic customers are responsible for any additional duty charged by your state government.
International Shipping (Outside India)
Parama Naturals Online ships orders world-wide. The shipping costs are charged extra as per actuals. Once you have decided on your order, please contact sales@paramanaturals.com or call us on +919420033121 for estimating the shipping costs. The payment for the same will need to be made separately as per details furnished to you by our logistics team. International customers are responsible for any additional duty charged by your respective governments. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Non-delivery
